Thanksgiving Weekend

We had a lot to be thankful for this year on Thanksgiving (and every day), but topping the list this year is Brynlee. She's healthy, happy, and growing like a weed. Everyday she learns or does something new, its amazing. Its hard to believe that in another week she's going to be 9 month old already.

This year, we were lucky enough to get to stay home for Thanksgiving. Chuck, Liz, and Addie came up to join us for the holiday (and to shop!). Brynlee absolutely loved eating thanksgiving food: turkey, mashed potatoes, squash, and sweet potatoes!

Chowing down on Thanksgiving

The past few years, Nolan and I have gone out the weekend following Thanksgiving to find the perfect Christmas tree. I was so excited that the weather was somewhat decent so we could take Brynlee out to get her first one. We found a great tree farm south of Lawrence that we'll likely be visiting again in the years to come!

Brynlee and our tree on the hay rack ride back up to the main building!

She's figured out how to use her sippy cup. We had the stopper out for a while so she could get used to it, but water was getting everywhere so its back in now.

Her crib is on the middle setting, but we are going to have to move it down to the lowest setting already! She's been pulling herself up on EVERYTHING!

Brynlee usually hides her teeth them from me, but I was FINALLY able to catch them in a picture :)
